Corporate, Society or Private Golf.

Stamford have the facilities to cater for most requirements for golfing societies and companies wishing to give staff or customers a round of golf before a sales meeting, announcing new policies, product promotion or simply saying thank you over dinner. You do not have to play golf to use our facilities, we can cater for your annual staff party, brain storming or training sessions (requiring the use of visual aids) in the club house without the need to play golf.
The Concert room has a remote microphone facility, audio equipment and display/stage lighting and can seat up to 150 set as an auditorium, 100 seated for dinner or 80 for a function with dance and disco provision. The conservatory can be used as an overflow for the concert room or for a private meeting with spectacular views of the course and the Pennines. Finally our conference room can be used as a quiet meeting room for up to 20 round a single table, for storing a prepared buffet or as a dressing room.
You can mix and match our adaptable facilities to suit your specific needs, with or without golf.

Golf Fees

To play the course as a visitor the standard fees are £25.00 per day and you may play as many holes as you like.

To play the course as a single with up to 7 visitors playing together pay the standard course fees.

Members may sign in a maximum of three visitors to play a four ball for course fees of £12.00each.

Golf packages

Visiting as a Golf Society your members will love our challenging course no matter what their level of play.
You may choose from the following package options:

• Breakfast is Bacon roll and Coffee @ £2.50.
• Lunch is Soup and Sandwiches @ £3.50.
• Dinner is 3 course meal followed by coffee and biscuits @ £15.00.
• Visitors numbering 7 or less are considered to be singles.
• A Group is at least 8 members.
• A Society contains at least 12 members.
• There may be some flexibility in the menu with an appropriate price modification.
• If a member makes the booking and plays on the day with a group of over 5 there is a reduction of course fees of £2.00 per person.

Or you may visit with non member friends or alone to play the course for the day(visit with a member and pay half fees)and then have dinner in the conservatory, snacks in the 19th hole and/or drinks on the patio.

Booking is not required, but recommended, for under 10 players. Whatever your choice you will have an excellent day out at Stamford Golf Club.

Private functions.

Stamford Golf Club can make your private function complete, you may decorate our Concert room more or less as you wish or we can do it for you. You may provide your own entertainment or we can arrange it, you can even have your own music played in the background if you so require.

Here are a few suggestions for the use of the historic Stamford Clubhouse: 21st Birthday parties, Graduations, Engagements, Weddings, Christenings, Retirements and Funerals. Throughout life we can help you to celebrate, reward or mourn by combining excellent facilities with the appropriate atmosphere and respect for your function. All we ask is that you and your guests conduct yourselves by the same standards of dress and behaviour that we impose on ourselves.
